Too busy to drop your equipment into our repair loop drop point? No problem — we’ll come to you. With CallPaddy.com we offer a full Collect & Return Service, we offer a safe, reliable courier repair service nationwide.
Step 1 – Arrange collection time & date with our helpdesk helpdesk@callpaddy.com
Step 2 – Courier Collection is completed, your given a tracking code for your device with us.
Step 3 – Your emailed a report what is needed to fix your device. Quote issued, by email; customer signs quote & agreement to pay; payment completed online, repair completed.
Step 4 – Device is returned with full Diagnostic report, Service Report also we give your device a complimentary clean. Your given a Customer Number & Call ID for tacking. Service repair is now complete.
